Diabetes by Heart app analytics for January 18

"Diabetes by Heart" is a healthcare platform that enables users to record and track different healthcare metrics (blood Glucose, Blood Pressure, Heart rate). Users can either record data manually or through a connected device/sensor. Users can log and manage their daily routines such as meals and physical activities. Diabetes by Heart is aiming to improve “Quality of Life” of patients suffering from “Silent Killers” (Diabetes & Hypertension). We aim to achieve this by becoming an integral part of daily routine of patients.
