Any user can create a delivery request at any time. A user is asked to provide some basic information about the parcel and have the option to include a picture of the parcel part of the request. It is advisable to share accurate information in the request so Travelers would know exactly what they are expected to deliver. Travelers will be able to view the list of available delivery requests and contact the requestor through the different communication options the user have shared. Travelers and Requestors will be able to track the delivery at any point in time.
