There are three users in Relgic: (1) Broadcaster, (2) Voter, and (3) Watcher.
(1) Broadcaster. A broadcaster gets initial time (usually 2 minutes). If the voters give the person a majority of positive votes, the broadcaster will continue to get another two minutes after each segment until they fall below the majority or they decide to stop broadcasting. The next broadcaster in queue will then follow the same process.
(2) Voter. A voter has the responsibility to vote on a broadcast.
(3) Watcher. They can passively watch a broadcast and do not vote.
