Rehab Lab® vs FitMiles® - Rewarding Fitness® Usage & Stats

FitScore® is based on your fitness/wellness activity compared to the average FitScore generated by our community over time. The FitScore is similar to a ‘Credit Score Index,’ whereby the higher the score, the more favorable to it each individual and his/her commitment to staying fit. Our FitScore ranges from 0-100, with color codes ranging from red (poor) to green (excellent) as indicated by the arrow and the numerical value displayed on the FitMiles® application meter. The score changes from month to month depending on each person’s physical activity. FitMiles® is the accumulation of your fitness data over time, presented numerically as a value-based daily balance on the FitMiles application. FitMiles are based on a unique mathematical formula using data points such as distance, speed, elevation and age. FitMiles is similar to an ‘Air Miles Rewards Program’ where the balance is redeemable against products and services in the Partner Market Place section of the FitMiles App. The number of redeemable FitMiles eligible for rewards/redemption will vary depending on product, service and time period. Your FitMiles balance will never expire but will automatically adjust FitGift® is a reward generated by the FitMiles App to help incentivize or remunerate an individual for his/her commitment to physical fitness/wellness. FitGifts are announced and rewarded monthly as part of the monthly FitMiles Challenge. The three individuals (men and women) with the highest monthly FitScore automatically receive their FitGifts for that month. Winners are only eligible for one FitGift annually. FitGifts can also be transferred (or gifted) to/from members within the FitMiles Community by using the ‘Send a FitGift’ function. Marketplace represents the commercially available products or services eligible for redemption against FitMiles.
