90 days in Schengen planner vs Schengen Stay Planner Usage & Stats
Accurate and user-friendly Schengen 90/180 days calculator to make the most of your allowance under the 90 in 180 days rule. Easily adjust the length of any of your planned trips and see how many more days you could stay in the Schengen area in any 180 day window.
Insert and remove trips in any date order, either in a preselected date window using the Insert button, or at any available date using the Quick Add button..
Add names to your trips and opt to display the list with or without the trip names.
See the running total of days which will be counted by the end of each trip.
Choose any date to view the total days used and planned in the 180 day period starting or ending on that date, and to see a 180-day scrollable calendar graphic showing the trips and their names.
View a list of all your trips, check on your list of past trips and or just view the current and future trips.
Tap the menu item “Clear old trips” to delete all of the previous trips which end before the current reference period and so are no longer relevant.
Change the way in which the dates are displayed in the list, to show day/month/year or month/day/year. You can also adjust the text size for more comfortable viewing.
Your trips are stored in your personal iCloud space and sync between your devices automatically.
Please note that this Schengen short stay visa calculator app is for use by visitors to Europe who either have a multiple entry short stay visa granting permission to tour within the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180 day period, or who are from states which have an agreement with the European Union to allow their citizens to do so without a visa.
The visa waiver agreement applies to citizens of certain countries outside the EU. Other countries may have no such agreement, or may have other agreements with the EU which are more or less favourable than this rule. Naturally, the app is only a calculator and cannot tell which rules apply to you, and cannot be held liable for any decisions made by officials such as border control personnel! Please consult the official EU information to determine your Schengen visa requirements:

Access to functionality of app is available by subscription only.
Any subscription unlocks full access to functionality of the app to calculate the available dates of stay in Schengen based on the rule of a 90-day stay for 180 days, and differs only in duration of subscription and free trial period

Before planning for future trips, be sure to enter all completed trips for the last 6 months, and if necessary, enter a trip begun in the past, but continuing to today.
Future trips can be entered in any order – when calculating the available dates for a planned trip, the app will take into account trips planned at a later time.
After launching the app the calendar screen displays available and not available dates for entering Schengen and already completed and planned trips if they have been input.
To input the trip, tap the date available for entry – the app will mark the selected date of entry and calculate the available and not available dates for leaving Schengen.
To create a one-day trip, long press the selected date.
By tapping the date of departure, the trip details screen opens to choose the country of entry.
By tapping the dates of completed or planned trips, you can see the details of the trip, change the country of entry or delete the trip.
All app data is stored on your device and in your iCloud, which allows to synchronise data between your devices.
