LOOM Property Insights app analytics for December 9

LOOM is using near-real-time data by using the industry collaboration of sharing of data across the industry to solve the valuation of properties. Using Confirmed Sales (OTP) data along with trending of listing prices and changes, we anchor the data to the 21-digit Survey General Code (SG Code) which is unique to each property and build a data environment that creates a 'Single view of a Property' through its life cycle. Using leading edge technology, machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence, it allows LOOM to weave (loom) data of the property together and create better property insights needed when making an investment into a property or disposing of the asset.
