CarDS+ is developed by the Cardiovascular Data Science (CarDS) Lab to support participants enrolled in approved clinical studies. The app securely connects with supported wearable devices, including Apple Watch and Fitbit, to collect health data such as activity, heart rate, and ECGs. All data is encrypted during transfer and stored on secure, cloud-based servers. Data is used only for research purposes in accordance with the study protocol and relevant ethics approvals. CarDS+ is intended solely for participants in CarDS Lab–led studies. If you are not enrolled in a study, the app will not provide functionality. Individual studies that require more data will set up a secure system to collect any further information necessary and is mutually agreed. Supported iOS versions: 16.6 and up.
