The official app for the DTLA Alliance Safe & Clean services in the Downtown Center district, which includes Bunker Hill, the Jewelry District, 7th Street Restaurant Row, and the Financial District. Easily request assistance (online or by phone) with: - Graffiti, trash, and safety issues with a brief description and the option of sending a photo, - A safety escort to walk with you within the Downtown Center district, and - Homeless outreach services to support the unhoused community. Requests, other than for a safety escort, can be made anonymously. For emergencies, call 911.
