Appropos Health app analytics for January 18

Appropos Health allows you to track and monitor your ability to abstain from alcohol use. When paired with a BacTrack breathalyzer via bluetooth, Appropos Health allows you to submit multiple BrAC (Breath Alcohol Content) estimates along with simple questions regarding current mood and activities to provide personal insight into your alcohol use. The app enables you to provide consent to share information with medical professionals to understand how you use alcohol. Daily messages of encouragement can help keep you focused on your goals. Rewards can be received for meeting personal goals with an optional program provided in connection with Washington State University. Informed Consent is required.
