● What is Sammy? Sammy is a dementia prevention program that helps older adults prepare for healthy aging. With Sammy, you can take a Brain Assessment and do Brain Training anytime, anywhere. The Brain Assessment lets you check important cognitive abilities such as memory and calculation skills. With Personalized Training, you can practice simple daily exercises to strengthen the cognitive areas that need improvement. Sammy is not a medical diagnostic tool. It is a safe, science-based program designed to help you take care of your brain health over the long term. ● What is the Brain Assessment? The Brain Assessment includes four simple tests developed with the help of neurologists and researchers. These tests measure important skills such as memory and executive function. You can take the assessment once a month and receive clear results about your brain health. This makes it easy to track your cognitive ability over time. ● What functions does the Sammy Brain Assessment provide? You receive your results right away after completing the Brain Assessment. You can see your brain health score and start Personalized Training based on the results. From your second test onward, you can check whether your scores have gone up or down. ● What is Brain Training? Brain Training is Personalized Training designed for you, based on your Brain Assessment results and training data. ● What functions does the Sammy Brain Training provide? You receive your training results immediately after each session. The report shows the training level, number of problems solved, correct and incorrect answers, timeouts, and feedback. By repeating training, different areas of your brain are stimulated, helping you strengthen weaker skills. In addition to Personalized Brain Training, you can also choose and practice the exercises you want.
