USHG Digital Wallet, powered by Branch, is a digital bank account and debit card* that allows you to enjoy swift access and flexible ways to save, spend, and manage your money. USHG Digital Wallet, powered by Branch, is a Mastercard debit card and account issued by Evolve Bank & Trust pursuant to a license from Mastercard and may be used everywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted. **Qualifying employees who opt into the USHG Digital Wallet program will receive 51% of their tip payouts automatically in their USHG Digital Wallet account as soon as they are available. Qualifying employees will be able to advance up to 51% of their earnings from shifts for which they are not eligible for tips, up to a maximum of $1,000 per pay period, through the On-Demand Pay feature in the USHG Digital Wallet. Eligibility for access to earnings before payday can be impacted by certain voluntary or involuntary payroll deductions. Employees are not eligible for early access to earnings if less than 51% of earnings are available for deposit after giving effect to applicable deductions. When opting into the USHG Digital Wallet program, employees agree to have certain tip and non-tip earnings disbursed through deposit in the USHG Digital Wallet.
