Creating Goals for Children app analytics for January 14

Families are often asked to make goals for different programs like school, medical clinics and the Children's Medicaid waiver. The purpose of this tool is for families to make goals for their children and let the places supporting their family figure out how they can help. We hope this tool makes creating goals easier, and helps you think about all the different types of goals you have for your child...maybe some you have not even considered before.
