Transfer Connect app analytics for April 13

Transfer Connect is a new mobile app that helps students navigate their way from the Community College to completing a four year degree. We do this by advising you on which courses you will need to take to stay on track and to directly connect you with support from universities, while you complete your studies at the Community College.
