Nx2me app analytics for January 15

Important: Nx2me® app is intended for use by dialysis patients and care partners while performing hemodialysis treatments with a NxStage cycler and a variety of optional accessory devices, such as blood pressure monitor, weight scale, and thermometer. In order to use this Nx2me app your dialysis center must have signed up for NxStage Medical's Nx2me Connected Health program. The Nx2me app collects treatment information from the Cycler. It is also used by the patient or care partner to enter additional treatment information such as the patient's weight and vitals, medications administered, notes, and patient assessments. This combined information is sent to the patient’s dialysis center as a flowsheet after the treatment is complete. In addition to storing and transmitting flowsheets, the app provides troubleshooting steps for alarms and cautions, and facilitates virtual sessions with NxStage technical support. Dialysis center staff can access the transmitted data using the Nx2me Clinician Portal, gaining enhanced capabilities to review treatment information and support you while at home.
