INSTRUCTIONS • Unlock your iPhone, iPad or Mac • Open the Earplug app Earplug can also be controlled from the Control Center, Apple Watch, and the iPhone lock screen. The App also works great with headphones (especially Sony WH-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones and Bose QuietComfort 35 Series II) and external speakers.
