Mi LUMA app analytics for December 3

Mi LUMA is LUMA’s new customer app. You can register with a residential or commercial account, the last 4 digits of your social security or EIN and a valid email. If you already registered for Mi LUMA online, you will use the same username and password to sign in. After your first sign in using your username and password, choose to use Face Unlock, your fingerprint, PIN or keyboard pattern for future sign-ins. Signing into Mi LUMA is easy and quick! Once signed in, see a Dashboard with your current balance of the electric service account you registered. Single tap to view the Account screen, with all your current account information, including the total amount due and payment due date. View and download your current bill in PDF format. Pay your bill using a credit card or a bank account. Payments made through Mi LUMA app are credited the same day. The Mi LUMA app also provides a 12-month history of bills and payments, outage viewing and reporting capabilities, and an extensive set of frequently asked questions (FAQs) to help you in the transition to LUMA.
