If you are an existing GB Bank Savings customer, you can access your accounts, view your transactions and manage your account details quickly and securely through the GB Bank mobile app. Getting started is simple and easy to do • Download the GB Bank app to your phone - its free to download* • Complete your registration - You’ll need to be an existing GB Bank savings customer and have your Customer ID, Password and Memorable Details handy in order to register. As part of registration, you can decide your preferred method for securely accessing the app, using Face ID, fingerprint or via PIN. GB Bank app features include: • Set up Face ID or fingerprint recognition • Check your savings account balances and available funds • See your recent transactions • View your account details, including interest frequency and account destination for payment • Create future dated transactions • View and delete pending unprocessed transactions • Withdraw funds from any account you hold with us (subject to the terms of that product). • Transfer funds from any savings account you hold with us to any other savings account you also hold with us (subject to the terms of that product). • See information relating to paying money into your accounts. • Check and change the personal details, contact information and marketing preferences we hold for you. • Manage your options when your account matures. * Although the app is free to download, your standard data charges will apply If you are having problems downloading the app please email enquiries@online.gbbank.co.uk or call us on 0808 164 2111 (Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, excluding Bank Holidays).
