Exactly what we use, and why: · Steps — your daily step count, front and center on your home screen · Sleep — last night's sleep stages and your sleep trends, used in your recovery score · Heart rate — average and max heart rate on each workout, plus your resting heart rate · Heart-rate variability (HRV) — your overnight HRV, which powers your daily recovery & readiness score · Body weight — track your weight trend over time. HarambeFit makes logging easy and syncs entries with Health Connect (both ways).
