It includes a two-way Messenger to continue a conversation linked to the original request. With this free mobile HELPme app, people have instant access to information and counselors when needed. Asking for help for themselves or others is just a tap away. Administrators in an organization use a smart and easy central admin platform where they can review incidents, communicate securely via two-way messaging, and manage resources supplied through the app. They can also send broadcast messages to app users in the organization. The HELPme app and central platform support private, secure, and anonymous access, and help create safe, smart places for people to live, work, and learn.
