The following features are available on this App at the touch of a finger: · Convenient access to view or send your electronic membership card via email · Check your membership details · Check your medical savings balance (if any), as well as the full spectrum of your personal benefits · Contact us via phone or email · Call ER24’s 24/7 medical helpline or emergency services · View the status of your current claims · Obtain a hospital admission reference number · Answer your Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) · Visit all our social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google + and Pinterest The mobile App, including the electronic membership card, are available to any existing Genesis Medical Scheme member to download, including all his / her beneficiaries (dependants), thereby improving their membership experience and empowering them with 24/7 access to their membership details, the Scheme and emergency services. All main members have to be registered as a website user - this can be done on either the MEMBER page on Scheme’s website (www.genesismedical.co.za), or directly on the mobile App. Thereafter, all the member’s dependants will be able to use the App once they have downloaded the App on their mobile phones and registered as a “Dependant”. Members will use the same password for this App as what they use to login on the Genesis Medical Scheme website.
