RewardX Redeem-Convert Rewards app analytics for December 21

Note: We do not allow refund once order placed for redeem/convert. Redeem/Convert only if you are agreed to our terms & conditions. For more info read below and FAQs in app. About App : RewardX App allows you to redeem rewards or convert rewards to Digital Wallet account. To convert or redeem rewards you need to select amount and payout mode and then provide payout detail like name and number. Payout Options : Currently we are providing Digital Wallet as a Payout option Minimum Payout/Conversion : You can convert/redeem minimum 50 Rs. Payout/Conversion Charges : In app purchase charges 30% on convert/redeem amount and we are taking 5% charge on convert/redeem amount. For Example, If you want to convert/redeem 100 Rs then In app purchase will be 30 Rs(30%) and our charge 5 Rs (5%). Total charge is 35 Rs. You'll get 65 Rs. Simply you need to give 35% charge including In app purchase charge. Payout/Transfer Time : Usually it takes 5 to 10 business/working days (except Saturday,Sunday & public holiday) to credit in to your account from the date of conversion request/order. Wrong payout detail may cause delay in payout until you raise query. Refund/Cancellation : We do not allow refund/cancellation once the order/request placed for conversion. We are not responsible for the wrong details submitted by user. Make sure you have entered/updated the details correctly. wrong detail may cause delay in payout until you raise query.
