IMPORTANT: For "Icon Masking" to work, untick "Icon Masking" option within your custom launcher settings. "Icon Masking" it adds a icon back, icon mask & icon upon to all UNTHEMED icons. Turn "Icon Masking" ON/OFF via your custom launcher settings.
