Activity and Fitness The app connects to VeryFit Ultra smartwatches and reads activity data such as steps, distance, active time, calories burned and heart rate. We use this data to provide daily, weekly and monthly activity summaries, workout records and daily activity goals, helping users better understand their overall fitness level and activity patterns. This data is used only to provide core activity and fitness features in the app and is not used for medical purposes. 2. Nutrition and Weight Management Users can choose to enter their height and weight in the app. This information is used only to estimate calories burned and to calculate activity-related statistics (for example, estimated energy expenditure during workouts). The app does not track food intake, provide meal plans or run weight-loss programs.
