JB Merchant App is a secure and convenient mobile application designed exclusively for active Janata Bank PLC merchants. The app allows merchants to manage their QR payment activities anytime and anywhere through secure login, real-time payment notifications, transaction tracking, balance inquiry, and QR code management. After successful merchant onboarding, Janata Bank PLC sends an SMS containing the app download link, User ID, and PIN. Merchants can use these credentials to sign in securely, receive instant notifications for successful customer payments, view recent transactions, search transaction history by custom date range, and check received transaction balances. The app also enables merchants to view, share, and download static and dynamic QR codes for customer payments, printing, or digital sharing. Merchants can access their profile and business information and log out securely at any time. JB Merchant App provides a simple, secure, and efficient way to accept QR payments, monitor business transactions, and manage merchant information from a single application.
