Dudek & Bock supplies hundreds of parts for the automotive industry using a variety of machine types coupled with the highest quality measurement systems. Our products include: Wireforms – Produced on either state-of-the-art CNC equipment or hard-tooling-based 4-slide machines: Applications including multi-bend formed-wires, iso-fix wires, listing wires, square-shaped sinuous wires (cushion pan springs), paper-covered wire-forms and solid head rests. In addition to wire-forms, Dudek & Bock produces: compression, extension, torsion and counter-balance springs for seat reclining mechanisms, as well as small flat-form stampings and progressive stampings to 275 tons.
