At Graham, Dan provides general management support with an emphasis on supply chain, real estate and procurement related matters across Graham Partners and its portfolio companies. Dan has over 27 years of experience in purchasing, six-sigma quality analysis, operations, real estate and management. He has expertise in leading and developing global teams, process improvement, negotiations, and project management, in domestic and international locations. He also serves on Graham Partners’ Buyout Gating Committee. Prior to joining Graham Partners, Dan was a director at Ingersoll Rand Company (Trane Technologies), a $13 billion global diversified firm providing products, services and solutions in climate control, transportation and industrial tools. While at Ingersoll Rand, he focused on indirect spend and real estate, globally. Dan led the integration of strategic sourcing and delivering synergy savings from all spend categories after Ingersoll Rand acquired Trane. Previous to Ingersoll Rand, Dan was a general manager at Delta Airlines in its Sourcing Division. Prior to Delta Airlines, Dan worked for GE, where he held various supply chain/operations positions in the US and Mexico and also worked as a Corporate Auditor in Italy.
