Rochester Genesee Region... Market Share Analysis for June 2026

Regional Transit Service (RTS) held a press conference today to celebrate the addition of the first two hydrogen fuel cell electric buses to its fleet – the first hydrogen fuel cell electric buses in New York State. RTS CEO Miguel Velázquez was joined by Congressman Joe Morelle, New York State Department of Transportation Commissioner Marie Therese Dominguez, New York State Senator and Senate Transportation Committee Chairman Jeremy Cooney, New York State Assemblyman and Assembly Transportation Committee Chairman Bill Magnarelli, lawmakers, RTS employees, project partners, and community stakeholders for the celebration.
