Oğuz ÇARMIKLI o sıralar okulda öğrenci olduğu için daha sonra, 1981 yılında gruba ortak olarak katılmıştır. NUROL Holding böylece eşit paya sahip üç erkek kardeşin ortaklığı ile bugünlere gelmiştir."
