The Daman application enables beneficiaries to manage inquiries and complaints against insurance companies and health service providers to ensure that the beneficiary receives medical services. The most important services provided by the Daman application: 1. View the insurance information for you and your family members. 2. Add the insurance card to the wallet card. 3. View the list and map of the approved medical network. 4. View the insurance rights. 5. View the schedule of benefits. 6. Submit and manage inquiries and complaints. 7. Communication with the Secretary General.
