TQM Enterprise is mobile implementation of web system, that has the same name. This system is an integrated process-oriented and modular system for the overall management, control and continuous improvement in business. Main modules of system are Case Handling and Publishing. Case Handling module Stores cases assigned to different levels of responsibility hierarchy, obtains their lifecycle, provide required notification of concerned personnel. It also provides with search engine, reporting subsystem and data export. Cases track information about incidents, applied actions and their consequences. Mobile application supports part of these opportunities. User can create new Case with all needed fields, look at all created cases on table or one case on screen. Publishing module Stores documents, restricts access to them, provides with document versioning, searches by documents and generates several statistical reports.
