In the meeting you will get a briefing of the memory assessment process, the app and book in a follow-up meeting with one of our doctors. The total patient fee for the entire memory assessment is 300 sek (free card applies) What is included in the memory assessment? - Introduction meeting - Nurse - Briefing / completion– Doctor - Assessment / recommendation – Doctor - Follow-up / planning meeting – Doctor In the app you can answer questions about you life situation, health and take part in a memory test that assesses different areas in your brain. If you want to connect a relative or next-to-kin for them to give their perspective you are encouraged to do so. What is Minnesmottagningen.se? Minnesmottagningen.se is a support tool for cognitive assessments, developed and validated by Geras Solutions in collaboration with Karolinska University Hospital. Languages: English and Swedish. We ensure to use state-of-the-art encryption, native technology and frameworks that ensure your personal data and details are secure and safe. Personal data is encrypted and compliant with patient data laws. All data will only be used with explicit consent and for assessment, decision support and or dementia research purposes aimed at helping individuals impacted by cognitive decline.
