FlyPHI is an app that supports PHI Air Medical partners to electronically request a helicopter, sending the app user’s information and GPS location to deploy the PHI aircraft to the scene or hospital for safe and high-quality clinical transport. When first responders submit a request, the user will see the steps taken by the PHI Air Medical communication center to evaluate the request and then assign an aircraft to the request. In a hospital environment, the user logs into the FlyPHI app (web or device) to make a request and complete a form before confirming the flight.
