Moods from concentrated to relaxed are available. The colour temperature is fixed. DAY LIGHT COURSE: The setting is based on the natural course of the sun and changes the colour temperature throughout the day. Corresponding to circadian rhythm, the light colour should have an activating effect in the morning and calm down in the evening: The sleep-wake rhythm is positively influenced. PERSONAL LIGHT PROGRESSION: Five questions on working time and preferred colour temperature are used to create the light curve according to your needs. The colour temperature changes individually throughout the day and supports the biorhythm.
