Here you can see what talents are present in which departments and teams. The differences and similarities of the team will be immediately visible. Then you can quickly and efficiently begin developing the talent of the company, focusing on how to optimise collaboration and work to solve tasks smarter. When the individual talent score appears with the group statistics, the results will be anonymous. Individual talents can only be seen by the individual, and not by others, before this module may be activated.
