Simply identify yourself at any of our participating locations during a visit and your server will associate your account with your guest check and you will start earning points toward future savings at any of our participating locations. To redeem a reward you must have enough points available. Only one reward redemption can be made per visit. Our program may from time to time have certain other benefits and or restrictions that apply. See our website for more program details. Offers and Discounts From time to time we may provide special discounts and or offers to certain members who qualify for these benefits. Offers are not transferrable and cannot be combined with rewards or gift card redemptions. Offers have a limited time in which they can be redeemed. Please check the offer for details and restrictions. If not specified otherwise all offers expire within 30 days of issuance. 1. Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point per $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity. 2. Points are credited to your Umberto's Rewards account when presenting your Rewards Member Number to any Umberto's staff member PRIOR to paying the bill. 3. Only the member paying the bill may accumulate points. 4. Points for gift cards are only available to the purchaser. Points are not accumulated when redeeming a gift card. 5. Reward points may not be used with any other promotion, offer or discount. 6. Members cannot receive points for purchases made prior to enrollment. 7. Points will only be issued if your Rewards Account is presented at the time of purchase. 8. Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or utilized towards gratuities. 9. Points are non-transferable or devisable, and may not be combined with another member’s account. 10. The changing nature of the restaurant industry requires that Umberto's adapt and modify the program rules from time to time. Some changes may adversely affect the value of the points or awards already accumulated and the right to certain awards. We will notify the members of any such changes on our web site www.umbertosfamily.com. Be sure to check the rules on the website from time to time, as they are and will be the authoritative statement of the rules in effect at any time. Your continued participation in this program constitutes consent to any such changes. 11. Umberto's management reserves the right to cancel the program at any time. 12. Accumulated points are not member’s property and may be revoked, cancelled, limited or modified at any time. Even though such action may affect the member’s right to use previously accumulated points. 13. Umberto's may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected. 14. Umberto's is not liable for points or rewards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. 15. Umberto's employees and family members or people living in the same household as a Umberto's employee are not eligible to participate in the program. 16. Points will not be rewarded for deposits, taxes or gratuities. 17. Members must be 18 years of age or older. 18. Points will not be rewarded on any on or off premise catering. 19. State laws may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases. 20. Points will only be rewarded or accumulated at the location indicated on card.
