The Firstbeat Sports: Athlete app allows individual athletes to view their training load and recovery data collected during team sessions and individual workouts. Athletes can conduct the Quick Recovery Test and upload data remotely for coaches to view in the Firstbeat Sports Dashboard. Firstbeat Sports: Athlete login credentials are required to use the app (provided by Coach). The only sensor compatible with the app is the Firstbeat Sports Sensor.
