All features at a glance: Digital health programs: Health coaching with instructional videos to reduce risk factors and additional information about heart health, including tips and recommendations. Reminder functions for medication intake, health measurements, physical activity and sports, as well as virtual consultations. 24/7 Telemedicine: Regular video conversations with your personal consulting doctor. Booking is done through the app's calendar function. Integration of smart measuring devices: Link existing health accounts and devices (Apple Watch EKG, blood pressure monitor, smart scale, etc.). Vital parameter diary: Your health values (blood pressure, blood sugar, heart rate, EKG, pulse, etc.) and their trends are presented clearly and classified according to medical thresholds. Heart risk check: Learn more about your risk of heart disease with our comprehensive preventive check and innovative biomarkers. Risk tests: Determine your personal risk for cardiovascular diseases through scientifically established scores. Furthermore, there are no additional restrictions for the use of the iATROS platform. Medical indications The iATROS DiGA hypertension may be used in the future (pending approval) in patients with the following medical indications: Hypertension, ICD-10 codes: I10 Essential (primary) hypertension I11 Hypertensive heart disease I12 Hypertensive kidney disease I13 Hypertensive heart and kidney disease I15 Secondary hypertension User group iATROS is intended to be used by: The patient or a person authorized by the patient (e.g., the spouse): No training required The doctor, nurse, trainer, operator, or another person: Product training required The iATROS app is compatible with iOS version 14.2. Important Notice (1): The app enables the connection of measurement devices certified in accordance with MDD (93/42/EEC) or MDR (EU 2017/745). The approved scope of use for these devices includes the member states of the European Union and all countries that recognize these regulations (e.g., Switzerland). Use outside these regions is possible but at the user’s own risk.
