Create Plans for all levels & ages Create all your Training Plans within 1 easy-to-use app. The app supports these age groups: Kids, Juniors, and Adults. The levels are beginners, intermediate and advanced. You can add an unlimited number of Plans. Session length and Plan length In the Plan creation you can choose your desired session length, the number of weeks you want to train and how many times per week you train. App recommendations The app can autofill our recommended Categories & Topics into your Plan that fit your age and level, or you can choose everything on your own. You can add Topics from all levels. The app will automatically fill in all Topics to fit your Plan length. Add extra options to your sessions You can add extra options to your Plan; the number of extras depends on the length of each session. You can add these extras to all your sessions: Footwork, Mini Games, and Matches. Rearrange all selections When seeing the Plan Overview with all Categories and Topics, you can rearrange everything so it fits your desires in your Plan. Complete Plan Overview > Start training Let´s start training - You can see the complete Plan Overview with all weeks and all sessions. The app will automatically let you choose what to train next. Hit a session and see all the details. Session Overview Watching each session gives you the full view of all details, timeline, duration, techniques, exercises, videos, and text. The app will guide you through what and how to train in each Topic. Write your notes You can write your notes on each Plan and each session, this way you can evaluate your Plan, training and players. Session progress The app will guide you through the next session and show you the progress in the overview. You can easily see the next session and the overall progress. Offline viewing All Plans and Sessions can be viewed offline without any internet, and you can also download videos for offline viewing.
