Rinnalla is a breastfeeding support App through which the Finnish Association for Breastfeeding Support trained volunteers guide you on your path of being a parent and answer whatever questions you may have about breastfeeding at any stage of your and your baby’s breastfeeding journey. You can get support and helpful tips and advice whenever you need them. The Association’s volunteers are trained and experienced regarding different aspects of breastfeeding and have also learned through their own breastfeeding journeys. The discussions in the App are via private chat or voice call. These are always confidential. Download the free App and create your own username. You don't have to register in order to get support. You can discuss with our volunteers for example about following topics: How to prepare for breastfeeding during pregnancy Breastfeeding a baby, a toddler and/or an older child Different kinds of possible challenges related to breastfeeding at different stages Breastfeeding multiples or a prematurely born baby Own ideas and feelings related to breastfeeding How to wean and stop breastfeeding Share your feelings about a possible disappointment related to breastfeeding We hope that the App will bring you confidence and a sense of security in this very unique chapter of your and your baby’s life.
