Subscription Details
Athli is free to download and includes in-app purchases. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available as a monthly or yearly plan. New users on the monthly plan receive a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your iTunes account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of the term.

ALTERNATIVE EXERCISES
The app is made with YOU in mind. Use the ’swap’ feature and choose a suggested alternative exercise to target the same working muscles. We understand that you may need an easier exercise, different equipment in a busy gym or lower impact exercises for injuries. Even the gym plans can be modified for home use using the alternative exercises provided. The app really is customisable to your preferences.
PERSONALISED NUTRITION PLANS
Enjoy tasty and nutritious recipes without any restrictive diets or reduced portion sizes. Use our automatically generated meal planner or create your own meal plans suitable for all dietary types (including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian and food allergies). Our colourful recipe library will guide you through the method to cook delicious meals to support your training, along with a handy shopping list feature to make your life that little bit easier. Add your own custom meals/snacks to your daily meal plan to correctly track your calorie and macro allowance for each day.
MACRO CALCULATOR
Take out the guesswork and let us guide you. Your calorie and macronutrient targets will be automatically calculated for you based on your personal information and fitness goals. Choose from 100s of our in-app recipes and see your day at a glance with the clearly displayed data targets. Amend your macros in the settings if needed.
EDUCATION CENTRE
The app features a huge educational centre with useful videos, whether that’s quick form demos, step by step recipe guides or Kim’s full in-depth tutorial videos where she speaks about all things fitness. Send in suggestions for Kim to create new educational content that will help you on your journey.
PROGRESS & HABIT TRACKING
Tracking progress is an excellent way to stay motivated and we have lots of features to help you. Log your weights and reps for every exercise and use the handy exercise history button to see your PBs and exercise log. Take regular photos and measurements to keep track of your progress and create your own comparison pictures to save to your phone. Reflect on your journey and log your fitness milestones and experiences within our Journaling feature where you can also track your menstrual cycle.
