At Man Down our objective is to reduce the number of male suicides and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health by offering men opportunities to talk about their emotions. The Man Down app provides a dedicated online community (away from social media) that allows you to post openly about your mental wellbeing, find and give support and develop meaningful connections.
