Taking place this year from September 22-29, Climate Week NYC is the largest climate summit in the world. For 2024, we’ll be bringing together both physical events taking place in New York City, and digital events taking place around the world, to discuss important topics around fighting climate change.
This free app will provide the guide for the program of events that will be taking place as part of the week. Here you’ll be able to find everything you need to know on how to get involved with Climate Week NYC and support climate action. With an eclectic range of over 500 events and ten program themes, there’s something for everyone to discover, wherever you are in the world.
The app also contains listings for sustainable businesses throughout New York City. Find and visit sustainable restaurants, stores and other services that are in your area to help support the businesses that are making the environment a priority.

The Conference encompasses the Sixteenth meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 16).
The Conference of the Parties (COP) is the governing body of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), an international treaty adopted at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro in 1992.
Its objective is to establish agendas, commitments and frameworks for action to conserve biological diversity and put it to sustainable use, as well as to ensure the fair and equitable sharing of the benefits arising from the utilization of genetic resources.
The COP is held every two years. In 2024, for the first time in history, Colombia will host the 16th edition of the biannual Conference on Biodiversity. Each of these conferences seeks to take decisive measures for the protection of biological diversity.
This year, COP16 will take place in Cali, capital of the department of Valle del Cauca (Colombia), between October 21 and November 1, 2024.
The slogan "Peace with Nature" is a call for reflection to improve the relationship we have with the environment, to rethink an economic model that does not prioritize the extraction, overexploitation and pollution of nature.
