The “Football Museum” APP is the new tool for visiting the Coverciano National Museum. Created in two languages, Italian and English, it allows access to different types of media and special content that concern the history of the National team from its beginnings to the present day. Through careful iconographic and historical research, the most significant memorabilia and documents have been selected that can tell the story of the personalities of the Italian National team players and the era to which they refer: texts and photographs, for a more traditional use, but also descriptive audio, evocative historical videos and above all the video testimonies of the President of the Football Museum Foundation who tells in first person anecdotes and curiosities about the great champions of the past and present. The app is a synthesis of content offered through a new visit experience and created specifically for a highly evocative exhibition space: a museum that traces not only the history of the national football team but also that of our country, through the story of 100 years of sporting events and more. The News and events section completes the consultation and provides a tool to stay in touch with the Museum's activities even after the visit. The path dedicated to the little ones is new. Through the mascot of the national football team, the Maremma Sheepdog Oscar, children will be able to access games, animated videos and easy-to-understand in-depth cards. Look for the points of interest inside the museum indicated by the mascot Oscar and play in the app: put together the puzzles and color the backgrounds and to learn more, watch the animated stories told by Oscar himself!
