Little Sports Challenge App-Analysen für 18. Januar

A new fitness app for the little ones! Little Sports offers a 14-Day workout challenge to keep the whole family active and make sure everyone burns enough calories in a day. The app features 3 categories of workouts and exercises: Cardio, Mobility and Arms, as well as the ability to customise every workout to better suit the fitness level you need. More recently a new muscle map has been added so that all the family can learn about specific muscle groups and which exercises target those specific muscles.
