Once downloaded the initial sign-up process is as simple as entering some basic contact details and validating the account via a one-time-password (OTP). The intuitive App home screen displays real-time status updates, offers from your utility and quick access to information or support. You can manage and set preferences on individual devices, opt in/out of plans your devices are eligible for, set up device automations, access notifications and support and where supported manage payments and view transaction histories and statements.
