Notifications (Optional): To stay motivated, you can receive reminders for routine schedules, morning/afternoon/evening notifications, daily 8 AM reports, and friendly alerts from the AI assistant.
Location (Optional): Use the location tab in reports to manage commute times and track time spent at home, work, or school.
Health (Optional): Monitor sleep patterns, step count, exercise, and for women, track PMS (premenstrual syndrome) to understand stress from lifestyle factors beyond just schedules.
Photos (Optional): Add a profile picture.
You can use the app even if you do not grant optional permissions.
