The Menopause Hub is an Irish company established in 2018 by Loretta Dignam and dedicated to empowering women to manage menopause on their own terms. It serves as a valuable resource to help women understand the changes they're experiencing, while offering support so that they can continue living the life they love, both at home and at work. As Ireland's first clinic of its kind, The Menopause Hub provides top-tier clinical care for all stages of menopause—including premature, surgical, peri, and post-menopause—through a multidisciplinary team of doctors, a psychologist, a dietitian and nutritionist, and a women's health physiotherapist. Based on personal experience and feedback from our clients in the Menopause Hub, we developed the Menopause Hub App. We all lead busy lives and keeping track of symptoms, medications and appointments can be confusing…this app is carefully designed to simplify these things. Within the app you will find a variety of useful tools to help make your life easier. - Symptom checker: Conveniently track and record your symptoms via our colour coded checker. We recommend that you do this on a regular basis as this will assist in future consultations and treatment options. Your symptom history will be stored within the app. - HRT management: If you’re a patient of the Menopause Hub and have been prescribed HRT, you will see details of your HRT medication. A personal treatment plan is prescribed after consultation with a Menopause Hub clinician and is tailored to the needs of the individual patient. You will receive reminders to take your HRT if you’ve opted to receive notifications, you can access further advice about relevant HRT, you can view a summary of your HRT regime and you can see at a glance if you are up to date with your HRT for the day. - Valuable resources: You will have access to evidence-based information for all things menopause. We have compiled expert articles on all aspects of menopause, based on our experience in our clinics and the expert knowledge of our staff.
