The Hartford 311 is the City of Hartford, CT’s non-emergency call center and service request tool. This app allows residents and visitors alike to report non-emergency issues related to safety, wellness, and quality of life concerns. There are a multitude of benefits for users who choose to download the app such as: •The ability to submit items such as potholes, report a dead animal in the street, or notify the city of a streetlight outage so that it may be passed on to the utility company for repairs. •Tenants can report concerns related to their apartment unit when a landlord becomes unresponsive to their repair requests. •Residents or visitors to the city can report illegal dumping of household items such as couches, mattresses, furniture to car tires, or a home that has become blighted and in disrepair. The app also allows users to either enter an address or tag their current location to report the issue at hand.
