The Savanna Fiber App is a generic app for Customers of to manage their ISP service accounts and communicate with customer support teams. Customers can sign up, update their personal information, change or reset password (auto-generated password sent via SMS and/or Email using the contact information submitted at registration). A customer can also delete their account (All data is lost, thus this is irreversible). Staff of the configured ISP can also log in to manage customer service requests and log support workflow trail.
