With the plus button you can add handicap-friendly parking lots, toilets and places with handicap-friendly access. These are for the benefit and enjoyment of all users of HandicapApp. So all created places on the map are shared by all users and these places can then be recommended by the different users, so that they will appear as trustworthy or not. So all HandicapApp users help each other create new places on the map and you can of course also find your way to them.
